Key Responsibilities for Sales Agents
* Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers.

* Guide clients through the entire buying process, from first contact to closing the deal.
Key Responsibilities for Listing Agents
* Identify and secure new property listings.
* Advise property owners on pricing and marketing strategies.
* Create compelling property presentations and manage marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with the sales team to match listings with potential buyers.
About You
We are looking for individuals with strong communication skills, a customer‑centric mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
Requirements
* Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
* Solid knowledge of Tenerife and its real estate market.
* A valid driver's license.
Preferred Skills
* Prior experience in sales, real estate, or customer service.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Additional language skills are a plus!
