Here at CORUS we are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to join our team in an international insurance project.

Location: Barcelona or Madrid, hybrid (1day in the office).
You will:
* Define and drive the analysis approach aligned with project goals.
* Collaborate with business areas such as Risk Engineering and Underwriting, ensuring a customer-centric vision.
* Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements across end-to-end processes.
* Translate complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
* Support functional design (use cases, specifications) and work closely with development teams.
* Manage stakeholders effectively, communicating with both technical teams and senior business leaders.
* Identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
* Support testing, implementation, and post-go-live activities.
You should have:
* 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects.
* Proven experience in the Insurance sector (Commercial Insurance preferred).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to simplify complex challenges.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in global environments.
* Technical background and understanding of complex systems (e.G., APIs, data models).
* Experience working in Agile environments.
* Hands-on experience in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and team collaboration skills.
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Advanced English (spoken and written).
