**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

- One team focused on the consumer
- Deliver an extraordinary client experience to drive sales
- Communicate consistently with the team to ensure an excellent client service
- Initiate & execute bespoke events & experiences for your clients
- Ralph Lauren Ambassador
- Effectively network & be constantly up to date with competitor activity including trends, events, campaign
- Maintain an in-depth level of product knowledge
- Operations
- Have advanced skills in the online sales and digital platforms
- Maintain an expert level of brand & product knowledge
- Assist customers in the fitting room in line with the company standard operating procedures
- Assist customers during till sales transactions in line with the company standard operating procedure
- Meet the store and personal sales objectives and KPI’s by delivering an elevated and personalized level of service and communication to all customers in store and via outreach
