Our small international team is growth-oriented, collaborative, and modern in its approach to business operations.Job OverviewAdministrative Assistant (Part-Time or Full-Time, Hybrid)Nordic RentAway Spain – Alicante / Valencia RegionThis is a hybrid role located in the Valencia region, with flexibility for remote work.
The position can be 20 hours per week (part-time) or 40 hours per week (full-time) depending on the candidate's profile and availability.You will support daily administrative operations, financial reporting, property management logistics, and client communication.
Familiarity with digital tools and AI-assisted workflows is considered a strong advantage.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day administrative and office tasksCommunicate professionally with clients, owners, and service providersPerform accounting-related tasks: invoicing, expense tracking, financial statements and reportsAssist with property management coordination and follow-upsSupport management with executive and operational tasksUse digital tools and AI solutions to optimize workflows (e.g., document drafting, scheduling, data organization)Required Skills & ProfileProven experience as an administrative assistant or similar roleStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks independently and efficientlyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with accounting softwareFamiliarity with AI productivity tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools, etc.) is a plusExperience with Google Suite, Adobe, or Apple iWork is valuedExcellent written and verbal communicationLanguagesEnglish – Full professional proficiencySpanish – Full professional proficiencyAdditional languages are an advantageWhat We OfferInternational and collaborative work environmentHybrid schedule: remote + on-site (Between Alicante and Valencia)Option 1: Part-Time, 20h / week – Entry net salary: 900 €Option 2: Full-Time, 40h / week – Salary to be adjusted accordinglyOpportunity to grow within a modern and expanding companyHow to Apply (Two Steps)Apply via LinkedInEmail your motivated letter to: Applications clearly written by YOU (not AI) will be valued much higher!
