And at the **European Shared Services Center **based in Cornellà de Llobregat, with more than 300 employees, we support the group's various subsidiaries of all Europe and other regions. We have built an outstanding multicultural environment composed by employees of around 30 different nationalities.

We are looking for an **Intern (6months)** to **start in** **January 2025** for our **Purchase Order Coordinators** **Team based in Cornellá (Barcelona)**.

The student will work supporting Purchase Order Coordinators in Europe, understanding end to end process. They are processing more than 2000 Purchase Orders per month.
The main support will be related on buyer activities due to a team reorganization and new task absorbed, to balance resources in different countries.
The objectives planned for the student are to:

- Support this project for 6 months.
- Learning how to grow.
- Develop in a multicultural team and environment.

**As a PO Coordinator Intern, you will give support on**:

- Problem solving. Discrepancy solution.
- KPIs management.
- Reporting management.
- Vendors PO Confirmation process.
- Vendor and internal customer communication.
- Understanding “Requisition to Pay” end to end process.

Other project tasks:

- Understand when a PO is required and when not, and Support team’s activities to make customers understand what another tool to use.
- Support the team to align the processes with other departments policies.

**You will have**:

- English fluent, Spanish recommended.
- MS Excel and Word.

**What we offer and what you get in return**:

- ** Localization**: Cornella de Llobregat (Barcelona).
- ** Compensation**: 800€/month (gross).
- ** Dates**: january-july 2025 (6 months).
- ** Working hours**: Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day (from 8h/9h until 17h/18h).
