Location : Barcelona Office - Spain
The Team: You will be part of the Immigration Department, reporting to the Head of Immigration France, and supporting other areas (Tech Department) of Lexidy. You will handle all international mobility-related cases, responding to various questions as part of a multifaceted team.
Mission: Support the legal team in optimizing immigration processes and enhancing client experiences through innovative technology and dedicated assistance. Foster collaboration and efficiency while contributing to a positive team environment focused on continuous improvement and client care.
Tasks: You will act as the bridge between
the Product team (40%)
and the French team, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of internal processes and initiatives. Responsible for automating internal processes using tools such as HubSpot, Parallel, Zapier, and Notion. Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement new workflows to streamline operations. Assist
the Legal team (60%)
with various immigration processes, including: preparing and submitting documentation for immigration applications, scheduling appointments at Consulates and the Préfecture, submitting residence permit applications, and tracking their progress. Conduct follow-ups with legal authorities regarding case status. Draft and edit legal documents using advanced technology tools to improve efficiency and accuracy. Assist clients in resolving bureaucratic challenges and navigating complex processes. Support attorneys with legal research, organize legal archives, and advocate for technology use within the team, including implementing and maintaining automation tools, providing training, and troubleshooting.

You have: Tech-savvy mindset, experience with automation tools, previous legal administrative experience is a plus, collaborative and positive attitude, passion, energy, and commitment. Fluent in English and French (C1/C2); other languages are a plus. Curious about digital tools, process automation, and innovation. Strong communication skills, client-centric approach, problem-solving ability, motivation, and willingness to take on new challenges.
It would be great if you also have: Entrepreneurial mindset, experience in a hyper-growth startup, familiarity with digital tools like HubSpot, project management skills including planning and prioritizing.
