PThe Green Recruitment Company is in the search of a Legal Counsel to provide legal, contractual, and compliance support across a diverse portfolio of infrastructure assets. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities: /b /pulliDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents, including NDAs, notices, settlement letters, and commercial agreements. /liliCoordinate with external counsel and manage legal advice. /liliIdentify legal risks and propose mitigation strategies. /liliSupport dispute resolution and litigation processes. /liliMaintain corporate housekeeping and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements. /liliOversee contract management, including renewals, expiries, milestones, and obligations. /liliManage insurance matters for the Iberian portfolio, including renewals, claims, and reporting. /liliSupervise Health Safety advisors and ensure audits, drills, and reporting are completed. /liliImplement internal policies, procedures, and KYC processes. /liliMaintain document control and ensure accurate archiving. /liliDevelop best practices and templates across multiple jurisdictions. /liliMonitor legal and regulatory developments and recommend mitigation actions. /liliProvide ad‑hoc support on notarial, regulatory, contractual, and corporate matters. /li /ulpbr/ppRequirements: /pulliPlus 5 years of experience in a law firm, private practice, or in‑house legal team. /liliStrong experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, ideally in the renewable energy sector. /liliExperience managing solar and BESS project contracts. /liliBackground working across multiple jurisdictions. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects and summarise complex matters efficiently. /liliNative Spanish and professional English; other European languages are a plus. /liliDegree in Law (preferred) or Business Administration. /liliStrong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment. /liliLegally authorised to work in Spain. /li /ul
