Carrots is a fast‑moving studio building and scaling

consumer subscription apps

(iOS/Android). We manage meaningful monthly budgets and operate with a

strict payback mindset. We’re now hiring a

Motion Graphics Designer (Internship)

to partner

hand‑in‑hand with our UA team —turning ideas into high‑performing creatives for

Meta, TikTok, Snap, and UGC.

This is a high‑leverage role: you’ll turn creative testing into a

repeatable, capital‑efficient acquisition engine —shipping fast, learning faster, and scaling what works.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN (Your Mission) Performance Creatives at Scale:

Produce a high volume of short‑form video ads (9:16), animations, kinetic typography, and cut‑downs for

Meta/TikTok/Snap —built for

thumb‑stop, hook, and conversion. AI‑First Creative Pipeline:

Use

AI image/video tools

to concept, generate, and iterate (human‑reviewed), then polish in

After Effects/Premiere/CapCut. Creative Testing Framework:

Work with the UA team to plan hypotheses, variants, and hooks (e.g.,

3‑second hook, CTA, social proof, UGC vs. motion ), and iterate based on results. Data → Creative Loops:

Translate performance metrics ( CTR, CVR to trial, CPI ) into creative decisions; scale winners, kill losers, propose next tests. UGC & Trends:

Ideate UGC‑style scripts, captions, and overlays that feel native to

TikTok/IG Reels/Snap, riding trends without losing brand fit.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (90 Days) Throughput:

A consistent cadence of

20–40 ad variations/week

across apps and channels. Winners on the Board:

Multiple new creative “families” that beat our CTR/CPI baselines. Systematized Workflow:

A documented

creative testing playbook

and an organized asset library (tags, versions, rights). AI Pipeline Live:

Reusable prompts/pipelines for faster ideation and first drafts. Tight Feedback Loop:

Weekly creative review with UA → actions for the next sprint (no vanity edits).

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Day‑to‑day) Turn briefs into

storyboards, scripts, and mood boards, then into finished ads. Edit, animate, caption, and export

platform‑native

assets (9:16, safe zones, hooks). Build

multiple variants

(hooks, captions, CTA, colorways, VO/music). Monitor performance dashboards with UA; propose

next‑round tests. Maintain an

asset library

(naming, rights, versions) and share learnings across squads. Ride

Gen‑Z trends

responsibly—trendjack without chasing fads that don’t convert.

university in Spain

and able to sign a

Full‑time,

6+ months,

Barcelona (hybrid). Motion & Editing:

Hands‑on with

After Effects

and

Premiere

(or

CapCut

for speed when needed). Portfolio with short‑form ads

(TikTok/IG Reels/Snap) or motion projects relevant to consumer apps. Social‑native:

You live on

TikTok/IG

and understand

hooks, trend formats, watch‑time, and thumb‑stop. AI‑first:

Comfortable using

AI image/video

tools to ideate and speed up production (human‑reviewed). Speed & Volume:

Ability to ship

lots of clean variants

without sacrificing clarity or brand fit. Performance mindset:

Basic grasp of

CTR, CVR, CPI

and willingness to

kill your darlings

when data says so. Communication:

Clear, structured, collaborative with UA, product, and design.

NICE‑TO‑HAVE (Great to see) Basic

copywriting

for hooks/CTAs/captions. UGC scripting

or directing creators. Figma

for quick frames and overlays. Light

sound design/VO

chops (music timing, captions, SRTs). Familiarity with

Meta/TikTok ad policies

and platform specs. Curiosity for

subscription funnels

(trial → conversion → retention).

HOW WE WORK Stack:

After Effects, Premiere/CapCut, Figma,

AI video/image tools, Google Drive/Notion; performance stack with

AppsFlyer, Looker

for results. Cadence:

Daily pacing; weekly creative reviews & experiments; monthly resets. Culture:
