Job Overview
We are looking for an SRE with AWS and Java with 3 / 5 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and support platform activities within AWS environments
* Analyse system performance and ensure platform stability and reliability
* Handle incident and problem management:
* Investigate incident/problem tickets
* Identify root causes
* Provide effective solutions and ensure resolution (using tools like ServiceNow / Columbus)
* Develop fixes and enhancements using Java and microservices architecture
* Contribute to automation and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong hands-on experience with AWS (mandatory)
* Solid programming skills in Java and microservices
* Experience in Incident & Problem Management processes
* Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow (SNOW)
* Basic understanding of: Network and security concepts, API Gateway
* Authentication/authorisation tools
Nice to Have/no mandatory
* Knowledge of Kubernetes (optional but valued)
* Exposure to observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk
