Validation Technician (End-of-Line)

CINERGIA specializes in power electronics solutions, including DSP-based digital control of converters, communications, and HMI software. We develop and commercialize power electronics for Test Applications, electromobility, distributed energy resources, and smart grids, with products ranging from 7.5kW to 1.2MW.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute quality control activities at various EoL stations, including visual inspections, documentation, hardware checks, calibration, and functional tests.
* Document validation results and update the information system (Easy Redmine).
* Manage the sequence of activities to maximize productivity, following priorities set by the Production Line Manager.
* Report deviations, failures, incidents, or misbehavior during EoL activities to the Product Management team.
* Maintain and update technical documentation as instructed.
* Prepare cabling and setups for system validation or development activities.
* Collaborate with other departments as directed by the Production Line Manager.
Requirements:
* Associate Degree (FP II or CFGS) in Electricity/Electronics or related fields.
* Over 2 years of experience.
* Responsibility, attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills.
* Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
* Competent in standard office applications and email platforms.
Preferred skills include knowledge of Power Electronics, Electronic Instrumentation, Project Management tools (Easy Redmine, Jira, Asana), and Industrial Communications.
