Position Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and talented Key Account Manager to join our eCommerce team, managing iconic brands like Elizabeth Arden, CND, Christina Aguilera, and Juicy Couture. You will oversee the full eCommerce P&L across PanEU markets, leading sell-out execution, driving business development, and building relationships with senior stakeholders and partners. If you are passionate about driving eCommerce sales and strategizing to delight customers, this position is for you!
Major Duties
* Develop and execute strategies to grow and meet targets for Elizabeth Arden and CND brands on PanEU markets.
* Track and manage eCommerce KPIs and digital shelf quality daily; analyze and improve processes.
* Manage relationships with Amazon teams, including weekly meetings, JBP progress, and operational improvements.
* Collaborate with marketing and sales teams on product selection, customer experience, and revenue maximization.
* Manage multiple P&Ls with internal stakeholders such as finance, demand, and supply teams.
* Coordinate with customer service and operations for seamless execution.
* Set and implement Amazon Advertising strategies in collaboration with marketing teams and agencies.
* Work in an agile environment using tools like Trello and Asana, and utilize BI tools such as Vendor Central, AMS, Cobalt Jungle Scout, and Salsify.
Experience
At least 5 years in eCommerce as a Key Account Manager or Business Development Manager.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Strong communication skills.
* Business, Sales, Finance, or Engineering background.
* Analytical and data-driven mindset.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Business fluency in English plus Spanish, German, or Italian.
