Product Manager - Reconciliations Team (Remote - Europe)

Accountabilities
- Define and communicate the long‑term product vision and strategy for the reconciliation platform
- Gather insights from users and stakeholders to identify opportunities and pain points, translating them into actionable product initiatives
- Lead the development of new reconciliation features, managing projects from ideation to delivery, launch and go‑to‑market strategy
- Prioritize engineering work to maximize impact while balancing ongoing improvements and operational stability
- Own the platform P&L;, collaborating with finance to identify areas for optimization and growth
- Act as the primary interface for internal stakeholders, including leadership, marketing, and business development, representing the reconciliation team externally as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management with proven success delivering impactful products in collaboration with engineering, design, and data teams
- Strong analytical skills and hands‑on experience with SQL, Excel and other analytics tools to drive product decisions
- Experience managing or building analytics‑driven products, particularly where data is core to the user experience
- Exceptional product sense with the ability to craft intuitive, high‑quality user experiences
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, capable of building trusted relationships across teams and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with attention to detail, balancing creativity, critical thinking, and execution
- Fluent in English
