What We Offer
Permanent contract
Monday to Friday schedule, from 9:00 to 17:00 (adaptable start and finish times)
Occasional availability for weekend events
Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €28,000, depending on experience

Role & Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors and groups during tastings and guided tours, providing a warm and professional experience.
Receive both scheduled groups and walk-in visitors, accompanying them and explaining the winemaking process.
Manage emails, invoicing, payments, and supplier control.
Coordinate with the external accounting office regarding taxes and quarterly reports on production and sales.
Support online orders and exports, preparing documentation and coordinating logistics.
Maintain and update internal documentation and records.
Assist with general operational tasks when needed, such as labeling or preparing orders.
Requisitos mínimos
Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles.
High level of English (spoken and written).
Driving license and own vehicle (to reach the winery).
Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
Occasional availability for weekend events or tastings.
Valuable Experience
Previous experience in hospitality, wine tourism, or the wine sector.
Basic knowledge of wines, sommelier training, or oenology.
