Office Finance & Operations AssistantAre you an organized, detail-oriented professional with a knack for finance, operations, and people management? In this role, you'll handle incoming and outgoing invoices using the 24/7Office system.Your responsibilities will include:
Approving employee shifts in PlanDay to trigger invoice generation.Reconciling payslips.Providing relocation and employee support, including travel, housing, and UDI/tax appointments (with occasional driving).Ideal candidates will have experience in financial admin, invoicing, and payroll. Familiarity with systems like 24/7Office and PlanDay is a big plus. Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in Norwegian, Swedish, or Danish is advantageous.Benefits include:
