Key Responsibilities :
Provide administrative and organizational support to Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
Manage legal and commercial documentation, including contracts and compliance files.
Support the sales team with data entry, reporting, invoicing, and follow-up on agreements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for Polish-speaking stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and accurate documentation.
Maintain internal systems and databases (ERP, CRM, etc.).
Collaborate with international colleagues across departments.
Your Profile :
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative, legal, or sales support roles.
Native Polish speaker with a high level of English (any other language is a plus).
Detail-oriented and comfortable handling legal documents and commercial data.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with ERP / CRM systems is a plus.
Organized, communicative, and proactive team player.
