This position offers the possibility of remote work, with a preference for candidates based in Barcelona, Madrid, or Sevilla / Jerez to facilitate collaboration and office presence when needed.
Required Skills and Experience :
* Minimum of 3 years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, especially in projects involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and/or Experience Cloud.
* Apex development experience to build custom logic and automate business processes within Salesforce.
* Proficiency in Salesforce core configuration and declarative development tools, including Flows, Validation Rules, Escalation Rules, Milestones, and Paths.
* Strong knowledge of best practices for implementation and version management; experience with SFDX is a plus.
* Experience working with Agile methodologies, including gathering functional requirements, defining specifications, and collaborating on functional architecture.
* Advanced proficiency in English, with effective communication skills in international environments.
Desired Skills and Certifications :
* Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Experience Cloud Consultant.
* Previous project management experience with multidisciplinary teams and a focus on user experience.
