What You’ll Do
Act as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and build strong, results-driven PPC campaigns
Make outbound calls to promote and sell services
Identify customer goals and provide tailored solutions
Set up strategic campaigns designed for immediate and long-term success
Increase ad spend and upsell campaign opportunities
Build, maintain, and update a complete customer database
Manage a high volume of potential clients daily via phone calls
What You Bring
BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications is a plus)
Dutch C2 and English C1 (additional languages are a bonus)
Minimum 12 months of experience in sales and/or marketing with strong client-facing skills
Independent, goal-driven working style
Confident with CRM tools and customer data management
Comfortable using AI tools to support outreach strategies
Strong communicator with presentation and professional writing skills
Initiative-driven, solution-oriented, and collaborative mindset
Strong competitor analysis and market trend awareness
Cultural awareness and proven stakeholder management skills
Familiar with business etiquette and regulations ( e.g., GDPR )
Able to handle advanced ROI and integration questions for digital ads solutions
