About the role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Administrator to join our team in Zaragoza, Spain. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in safety administration who is looking to grow their career in a dynamic, fast-paced construction or industrial environment. The role will support the project’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) function, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in implementing and maintaining site safety programs and procedures.- Support EHS managers and site supervisors with documentation, reporting, and record-keeping.- Coordinate safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and induction programs.- Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections, audits, and corrective actions.- Help ensure compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards.- Monitor site conditions and report any unsafe acts or hazards.- Support communication between project teams, contractors, and safety personnel.- Prepare and distribute safety-related communications, statistics, and reports.Key Qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety administrative/ support role, preferably in construction, industrial, or engineering environments.- Basic knowledge of EHS regulations and safety management systems.- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills in English;
proficiency in Spanish is a strong advantage.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.- Relevant certification or training in Health and Safety is preferred.-
