**Job Details**:**Please note this is a temporary role.**:***:**The Executive Assistant in Spain plays a crucial role in providing high-level administrative support to executives and senior management, also dealing with the daily basis in the office. This position requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can manage a variety of tasks efficiently and effectively, ensuring smooth operations within the executive's office.**:**PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- ** Administrative Support**: Manage and coordinate executive schedules for RVP, VP of Sales and services, Regional Management and country manager Spain, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Prepare and process expense reports.**:- ** Desk Management**: Furniture, Business cards, stationery, archive, invoices, mobile phones, alarm, control access card, taxis.**:- ** Document Preparation**: Draft, edit, and prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed. Ensure all materials are accurate and delivered on time.**:- ** Meeting Coordination**: Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, meals orders, organization, hotel and dinner bookings. Event Organization.**:- ** H&S;**: Support the responsible of H&S; in Spain - Aspy and Fremap. Organization of annual medical check-ups. Buying work protective clothing for associates in the warehouse.**:- ** Office Management**: Maintain office supplies and manage the office environment to ensure it operates efficiently.**:- ** Vendors relationship**: relationship with vendors who help and support Mad and Bacelona office.**:- ** Training**: sending to the training Vendor the information about the associates who join the funding trainings in FUNDAE.
