Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing strategy across various channels, including networks, DSPs, affiliates, influencers, and more.
* Own end-to-end campaign management, including budget management, bid optimization, account structure, ad copy, landing page optimization, and conversion optimization.
* Conduct ongoing A/B testing to improve KPIs.
* Analyze campaigns and share insights with the team.
* Collaborate with creative teams, both internal and external, to design and produce top-performing ads.
Requirements
* At least 5 years of experience in user acquisition within the mobile games industry.
* Hands-on approach — this role requires active involvement.
* Experience managing campaigns on self-serve platforms.
* Proven ability to manage significant budgets and work with top channels like Facebook, Applovin, Unity, etc.
* Strong data skills — ability to interpret attribution and performance data and act accordingly.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
* Positive attitude, open to giving and receiving feedback.
