You will lead Global Medical Affairs for Ebglyss, driving launch excellence and early lifecycle value generation. You’ll align asset plans with portfolio strategy and enable global-to-local execution. Expect to shape evidence generation, publications, and stakeholder engagement to support launch success. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role in a growth-stage biologic program with a mission to transform patient lives.

• Develop and execute the Global Medical Affairs plan for Ebglyss aligned with portfolio strategy and VP guidance
• Translate portfolio priorities into agile asset plans supporting differentiation and uptake
• Ensure medical activities comply with governance while enabling fast, high-impact execution
• Execute asset-specific components of Integrated Evidence Generation Planning (IEGP) focusing on early positioning
• Contribute to study design, publications, and congress strategy in line with evidence direction
• Drive scientific exchange with global/regional KOLs to support launch success
• Partner with R&D, Market Access, Commercial, Regulatory and Global RWE for launch readiness and value communication
• Enable affiliates with medical positioning, launch tools and guidance within the global framework
• Support local medical teams to ensure strong launch execution and consistent messaging
• Lead, coach and develop the Global Medical Affairs Ebglyss team and foster high performance
Responsabilidades
• >10 years of Medical Affairs experience in pharma/biopharma xpzdshu
• Experience supporting global biologic launches and early lifecycle management
• Proven people leadership at global or regional level
• Strong expertise in Medical Affairs for biologics and launch experience
• Good understanding of dermatology and immunology
• Solid knowledge of scientific communications, publications and early lifecycle evidence generation
• Understanding of regulatory and market access considerations for innovative biologics
• Fluent in English
