The Institute of Chemical Research of Catalonia (ICIQ) is looking for an Administrative Support to work in the financial area of the Administrative Support Unit.

Responsibilities:
• Purchasing orders and reporting of research projects:
o Processing purchasing orders and their follow-up.
o Reporting of research projects – including intermediate and final reports and control of abstracts, presentations, posters to ensure publicity on funding.
o Management of invoices, payments and control of the budget of the research groups.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or VET Training in Business Administration.
• Proof of experience in similar positions: 2 years working as an administrative support in a research centre or University will be appreciated.
• Catalan, Spanish and English level: fluent conversation (certificates not required).
• Good knowledge about Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
