Loch Harbour Group is seeking a Contract Specialist Journeyman Contracting Professional to execute cradle-to-grave acquisition support and provide strategic contracting expertise. This role requires a strong foundation in federal acquisition and experience operating under a contracting officer warrant. Key Responsibilities
\n
Execute full lifecycle (“cradle-to-grave”) contracting actions
\n
Develop acquisition strategies and milestone plans
\n
Prepare and review solicitation packages and contract documentation
\n
Support cost-type and fixed-price contract actions
\n
Ensure compliance with FAR Parts 6, 10, 11, 16, 31, 33, and 37
\n
Provide acquisition planning support and risk analysis
\n
Interface with stakeholders and customers to support mission needs Requirements
\n
Qualifications
\n
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline
\n
5+ years of federal contracting experience
\n
Experience with a limited contracting officer warrant (= $1M)
\n
Strong acquisition planning and execution experience
\n
Excellent writing and communication skills
\n
DAWIA Level II Certification (or Back-to-Basics equivalent)
\n
Experience with WAWF, SharePoint, and federal contract systems
\n
Must possess all basic level contracting support skills and be proficient in:

Cradle to grave contracting
\n
FAR 6, 10, 11, 16, 31, 33, 37

Polished writing skills
