Role Overview
We're seeking a detail-oriented Paid Social Ad Operations Specialist to join our growing paid media team. You'll work directly with our Director of Paid Social, Ana, to execute and optimize paid social campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit for B2B SaaS clients. This role is crucial for maintaining our high performance standards as we expand our client portfolio.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution & Management
* Set up and launch paid social campaigns on LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit
* Perform daily optimizations, including budget, bids, and audience refinements
* Monitor campaign performance and identify underperforming ads for adjustment
* Conduct A/B tests on creative, copy, targeting, and bidding
* Implement tracking setups like conversion pixels and attribution models
Performance Monitoring & Analysis
* Review daily metrics and flag anomalies
* Generate weekly reports with insights and recommendations
* Track key metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPC, engagement, and pipeline attribution
* Identify trends and opportunities for optimization
* Maintain dashboards and client reports
Audience Development & Targeting
* Build and manage audiences using first-party data, website visitors, and lookalikes
* Create targeted segments based on job titles, industry, company size, and funnel stage
* Manage retargeting campaigns for different engagement levels
* Refine targeting based on performance and client ICP
Quality Assurance & Process Management
* Ensure campaigns follow platform best practices and compliance
* Maintain organized naming conventions and account structures
* Document decisions and keep detailed logs
* Follow SOPs for setup, optimization, and reporting
* Collaborate on process improvements
Client Communication & Support
* Prepare performance summaries for client calls
* Support strategic recommendations with data
* Address client questions on campaign mechanics
* Coordinate with internal teams for creative assets
What We're Looking For
Required Experience
* 3+ years managing paid social campaigns, preferably in B2B SaaS
* Proven experience with $50k+ monthly ad spend
* Expertise in LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit Ads platforms
* Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance measurement
* Strong analytical skills with Excel/Google Sheets
Technical Skills
* Deep understanding of paid social platforms, bidding, and optimization
* Experience with audience segmentation, lookalikes, and retargeting
* Knowledge of tracking, UTM parameters, and attribution
* Familiarity with A/B testing and statistical analysis
* Reporting tools and dashboard creation experience
Soft Skills
* Attention to detail and multi-campaign management skills
* Excellent communication for team and client interactions
* Proactive problem-solving and independent work ethic
* Organized with thorough documentation habits
