Key Responsibilities

* Support the smooth running of the kitchen department and ensure guest dining experiences meet the highest standards.
* Work collaboratively with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and comfort, responding to enquiries promptly.
* Take responsibility for duties and tasks assigned, completing all work in a timely and professional manner.
* Deliver on departmental plans and objectives, helping the kitchen achieve hotel initiatives and targets.
* Collaborate with supervisors to control costs and inventory, maintaining productivity and performance levels.
* Build and maintain effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice activities, supporting internal and external audits.
Requirements

* Experience in a kitchen is beneficial but not essential.
* Hands‑on, can‑do work style with a commitment to exceptional guest service.
* Creative problem‑solving and ownership of duties and tasks.
