The Senior Media Manager role will lead strategic media planning to drive candidate attraction and support hiring goals for a range of clients within Enterprise Solutions, comprising Outsourcing, advisory, and volume hiring.
This role combines commercial expertise, strategic execution, and data-driven insights to pitch and deliver successful candidate attraction solutions. Leveraging a deep understanding of media platforms, industry trends, and candidate behaviors, the role focuses on creating tailored solutions to meet individual customer needs.
The role sits within the Channel Marketing team for Enterprise Solutions and Page Executive and has one direct report (remote).
Key responsibilities include:
* Collaborate with the sales team to create and present tailored candidate attraction plans for pitches, ensuring alignment with client needs and commercial objectives
* Strategic Media Planning and Execution
* Develop comprehensive and credible media strategies to attract talent across diverse industries and geographies
* Create customized media plans using platforms such as job boards, CV databases, programmatic advertising, social media, and search engine marketing
* Align media strategies with employer branding initiatives and recruitment objectives
* Prepare regular reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders, demonstrating the impact of media strategies on recruitment outcomes
* Provide actionable advice to stakeholders for campaign enhancements or course corrections based on data and insights
* Line management of the Global Media Manager, enabling effective delivery and supporting career development
* Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants and operations teams to align media strategies with hiring needs
Minimum requirements include:
* Extensive experience in media planning and buying, with sector experience a must
* Strong knowledge of job boards, social media platforms, programmatic advertising, and other candidate attraction channels
* A proven track record of delivering successful recruitment campaigns within budget and timelines
