Job Overview
OTIS is recruiting a Commercial Advisor (H/M) in OVIEDO. The role involves managing elevator installation projects in existing buildings, identifying business opportunities in new construction and renovation, and maintaining relationships with external partners to capture new clients.
Responsibilities

* Manage projects focused on elevator installation in existing buildings.
* Analyze existing portfolio and market potential to identify opportunities for new construction and building rehabilitation, coordinating with the team to set capture strategies.
* Develop and manage external relationships (promoters, contractors, architectural studios, property managers, communities) to attract new clients interested in elevator installation.
* Track all phases of the installation project, from opportunity identification and technical prescription to contracting, execution and billing.
* Conduct project analysis (plan interpretation, site visits, technical documentation review, feasibility) and create personalized offers and budgets aligning with safety, regulations, energy efficiency and quality standards.
* Ensure compliance across all project phases, from first inspection to commissioning.
* Coordinate with technical team (techs or supervisors) to align objectives and maximize customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with subcontractors to achieve high‑quality project execution.
* Participate in regular delegation meetings and any extraordinary meetings when required.
Qualifications
Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s (preferably architecture, civil engineering, public works engineering). Higher education in building construction.
Experience: Preferably at least 3 years in related positions.
IT Skills: Proficient in MS Office 365.
Languages: English valued.
