At Eurofirms Services, we are looking for an Administrative Support professional with fluent Chinese, English, and Spanish to work in a world-leading multinational company specializing in information and communication technology (ICT) infrastructure and intelligent devices.Your main responsibilities at reception will include:
Assist in coordinating and organizing administrative tasks proactively, such as meetings, events, and appointments;
Monitor and maintain office supplies, and manage related invoices;
Supervise office operations to ensure efficient functioning and employee well-being;
Handle internal logistics, including device delivery and inventories;
Maintain organized records and files for efficient office management;
Act as a point of contact for internal teams and external partners;
Ensure the smooth operation of office facilities and equipment;
Support team members with administrative tasks and documentation.Requirements:
Hold a degree or diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field;
Have 1–3 years of experience in office administration or a similar role;
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset;
High proficiency in English, Spanish, and Chinese;
Ability to manage multiple tasks and use Microsoft Office suite;
