Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor is a newly opened luxury resort perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula, offering panoramic Mediterranean views. The resort opened its doors in August 2024 following extensive restoration of the historic property and will reopen to guests in March 2025.
About the Role
The resort is looking for a bartender to craft exceptional cocktails and deliver top‑level service in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates should possess depth knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drinks, and be able to respond to guest needs with creativity and professionalism.
Responsibilities
* Develop and present signature cocktails, taking initiative to create unique drinks that meet guest expectations.
* Organize and control daily bar operations.
* Ensure compliance with Four Seasons and health department food, beverage, and safety standards.
* Stock, re‑stock, and organize retail items in the bar as needed.
* Assist with daily inventory and ordering.
* Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently to concerns and requests.
