We're hiring a DTC-focused video editor to produce high-performing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives for direct-to-consumer brands. This role is performance-driven — you'll be editing ads designed to convert, not just look pretty.
What You'll DoEdit short-form video ads for Meta (Reels, Stories, Feed)Turn raw footage, UGC, and assets into scroll-stopping creativesApply proven DTC frameworks: hooks, pattern interrupts, pacing, CTAsCreate multiple ad variations for testing (hooks, angles, formats)Collaborate with creative strategists and media buyersIterate based on performance feedback (CTR, hold rate, CPA)
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
* Minimum 2 years experience editing ads for DTC brands
* Strong understanding of Meta ad formats and best practices
* Experience editing:
UGC-style adsFounder-led videosProduct demos & testimonials
* Ability to edit for performance, not just aesthetics
* Proficient in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar
* Fast turnaround and organized workflow
Nice to HaveExperience working with brands spending consistently on MetaUnderstanding of creative testing frameworksMotion graphics, captions, light animation skills
