Responsibilities
* Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, keeping an up‑to‑date client database.
* Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients.
* Support identification of new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings.
* Sourc candidates through advertising, searching, and networking with talents in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail.
* Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client’s specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers.
* Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategies.
* Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles.
* Communicate effectively with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
