We are looking for a Night Auditor who naturally embodies calm authority, discretion, and operational excellence. Role Summary During the night, you are the invisible host. You safeguard the atmosphere, the guests' peace, and the accuracy of the hotel's operations. This role combines quiet guest care, financial rigor, and responsibility for the property while the hotel rests. A flawless handover to the morning team is essential. Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist late arrivals and departures with understated, attentive service Conduct the night audit with absolute accuracy: PMS reconciliation, payments, folios, no-shows, and daily closure Ensure financial and transactional precision across cash, card, and OTA channels Preserve the calm and order of reception and common areas during night hours Prepare arrivals for the following day, ensuring guest information and notes are complete Perform overnight security and safety checks, acting discreetly and responsibly Maintain updated guest profiles and reservations within the PMS Ensure compliance with hospitality reporting and legal requirements Deliver a clear, structured, and reliable handover to the morning team What You'll Bring (Must-Haves) Minimum 1 year experience in Front Desk or Night Audit (boutique or upscale hospitality preferred) Fluent Spanish and English (spoken and written) Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Natural discretion, emotional intelligence, and respect for guest privacy Confidence working independently during night hours Comfort with PMS systems, email, OTA extranets, and MS Office Availability for night shifts, weekends, and holidays Legal right to work in Spain Nice-to-Haves Experience with Cloudbeds, Opera, or MEWS Familiarity with concierge-style service and cultural sensitivity Knowledge of Marbella and its refined, non-touristic side Additional languages (French, German, Arabic, Russian) Basic first-aid or incident-reporting experience Driver's license How We Measure Success Near-zero discrepancies in night audit closures Seamless, calm nights with no disruption to guest experience Clear, concise handovers that enable smooth morning operations Positive guest feedback mentioning attentiveness, calm, and professionalism Application Please send your CV (PDF) to Subject: Night Auditor – Anfitrión Marbella Include a brief note with: PMS experience Languages Earliest start date
