We are seeking an enthusiastic Head Bartender to join our vibrant team at Zuma Ibiza. As a key member of our front-of-house experience, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest feels a warm, memorable welcome the moment they arrive — and every time they return.
Please note - this role will begin at Zuma Madrid for training prior to the season starting.

What You Will Do
Your leadership will bring poise, precision, and presence to the bar.
* Engage guests with thoughtful, personalised drink recommendations
* Oversee bar operations with confidence, ensuring seamless service throughout each shift
* Lead and develop a high-performing bar team through training, mentoring, and daily coaching
* Manage stock and ordering with accuracy to support smooth, uninterrupted service
* Share menu updates and ensure every cocktail is executed with refined technique
* Maintain an immaculate, organised bar aligned to Zuma's global standards
What You Bring

* A true passion for hospitality and exceptional bar experiences
* Previous experience as a Head Bartender in a luxury, high-volume restaurant or bar
* Deep knowledge of mixology and a refined approach to crafting cocktails
* A naturally engaging, guest-focused style that creates memorable experiences
