A leading European manufacturer of recreational vehicles is strengthening its international sales force and seeks a high‑impact Export Area Manager to accelerate growth across key European territories. Depending on your language skills and market track record, you will be entrusted with one of our strategic sub‑regions. working with an established dealer network and double‑digit market share.
Key Responsibilities
* Deploy and refine commercial strategies that boost market share and brand visibility within your assigned territory.
* Travel regularly to stay close to dealers, assess customer needs and secure business.
* Recruit, onboard and develop new distribution partners while nurturing existing key accounts.
* Monitor sales performance, set territory targets and implement corrective actions.
* Identify emerging business opportunities and competitive trends in the European RV arena.
* Represent the brand at trade shows, marketing campaigns and launch events.
* Negotiate commercial terms and long‑term agreements with dealers and fleet customers.
* Analyse market data to create actionable insights and quarterly forecasts.
* Ensure dealer satisfaction and manage escalations to resolution.

Requirements
* Advanced command of English. Fluency in French, Italian, Spanish, Polish or other European languages is highly valued;
mastery of all is not required.
* Degree in Business, International Trade or related field (MBA/Master’s preferred).
* Minimum 5 years’ sales experience in automotive, truck, motorhome or adjacent sectors within Europe.
* Track record of negotiating with international automotive dealer networks.
