We are looking for a data-driven Customer-Facing Product Operations Manager to drive the performance and user experience of key customer-facing products, including search functionality, product detail pages (PDP), and customer service tools. You will play a central role in optimizing our digital platform by translating user insights into actionable improvements, ensuring seamless product launches, and supporting strategic decision-making through analytics.
This role is adecuado for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, and enjoys collaborating across product, tech, and operations teams.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify user needs, analyze behavioral data, and implement UX improvements that boost engagement and conversion.
Lead end-to-end product launch plans — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
Monitor product performance using KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and deliver data-backed recommendations to improve key metrics.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; focus on digital products or e-commerce is preferred.
Strong analytical mindset — proficiency in SQL is required. Ability to extract, interpret, and visualize data to guide strategy.
Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a valuable plus .
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic setting, with strong time management and organizational skills.
