The Sales Representative is responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of clients and/or end users within a specific area.
The role involves evaluating market conditions and customer needs, planning orders, resolving issues aligned with business objectives, and achieving profitability and payment goals. The Sales Representative manages all sales activities to ensure the timely and effective achievement of set objectives, focusing on continuous improvement of customer relations and collaboration with other departments.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing customer relationships and negotiating agreements in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
2. Implementing marketing and commercial actions within assigned accounts.
3. Handling customer incidents and complaints in partnership with Customer Service to resolve and minimize issues.
4. Ensuring on-time deliveries by coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics.
5. Managing logistics and addressing daily operational problems with practical solutions.
6. Planning and executing action plans for commercial deviations and proposing development strategies to the Sales Manager.
7. Scheduling visits to clients to support business development and meet objectives.
The role also involves achieving volume and profitability targets, implementing trade policies, setting account goals aligned with the company's annual operating plan (AOP), and making pricing decisions within legal policies.
Additional responsibilities include:
1. Executing promotional plans and actions to optimize resources.
2. Maximizing product distribution and launching new references.
3. Coordinating with departments like Marketing, Logistics, and Finance to ensure proper implementation of promotional and commercial strategies.
4. Providing market and competitive intelligence to improve service and portfolio management.
5. Supporting strategic planning activities for customers, including monitoring sales, profitability, stock levels, and availability.
The position covers provinces: Badajoz, Cáceres, Córdoba, and Ciudad Real.
