Overview

To be responsible for owning and expanding client relationship with customers to drive revenue growth, client satisfaction and long-term partnership with assigned accounts. Manages accounts with a typical size of 10-30M Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
* A single point of accountability for the client, ensuring seamless delivery of services, cross, upsell of IT solution aligned to customer business objectives.
* Develop and execute multi-year account plan alignment with customer priorities and industry trends.
* Responsible for Account Performance in terms of Revenue, Profitability, payment cycles and growth.
* Ensure high-quality delivery of contracted services and solutions.
* Partner with delivery leadership to address risk, optimize performance and ensure client satisfaction.
* Leads contract negotiations, renewals and pricing discussions.
