The Role:

We are looking for a motivated and analytical FP&A Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with 1-3 years of experience who enjoys working with financial data, business insights, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. We are currently in the phase of building advanced financial reporting and analytics capabilities, so this is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have a direct impact on developing reporting structures, dashboards, and financial insights across the business.

The role is based in Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain . Infinni Innovations is proud to be part of the Canary Islands Special Economic Zone (ZEC Canarias) , a hub for technology and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and management presentations
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Analyze business performance and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reviews
• Work closely with different departments to support strategic decision-making
• Improve reporting processes and contribute to automation initiatives
• Ad-hoc finance requests

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in FP&A, audit, transaction services, consulting, or a related finance role
• Previous experience in a Big 4 company or a similar environment is preferred
• Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling abilities
• Knowledge of Power BI will be highly beneficial
• Experience with NetSuite is considered a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Professional working proficiency in English is required, Spanish language skills are a plus
