Best hotels, a Spanish hotel chain with establishments in Spain, Andorra and the Dominican Republic, is looking for a
SECOND MAINTENANCE MANAGER
for its Hotel Best Jacaranda, located in Costa Adeje (Tenerife).
MAIN FUNCTIONS:
Carry out maintenance processes, both corrective and preventive.Ensure the correct maintenance of the work equipment and facilities of the hotel.Ensure the perfect sanitary condition of the facilities.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
At least 2 years of experience in areas related to facilities maintenance, plumbing, electricity in similar positions.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Knowledge of swimming pool use.Knowledge of electricity, plumbing and air conditioning.Training:
Specific qualification related to electricity, plumbing and/or industrial refrigeration.IT:
user level.
DIFFERENTIATING SKILLS:
Resolute person with the ability to improvise quickly.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Kindness.Good customer service.Residence in the area.
