We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Datorama Architect to join our dynamic team.
As a Datorama Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and managing Datorama solutions that drive our marketing intelligence capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance of Datorama within our marketing ecosystem.
Your Role :
1. Data Management and Integration: Understanding common data models and integration challenges across Salesforce platforms.
Retain and modify existing Datorama dashboards.
Resolve data stream issues.
Manage access and keep classification logic up to date.
2. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor paid media activity, proactively address performance drops, and align delivery cost data with plans.
Support integration between paid media platforms and web analytics.
Develop taxonomy for linking paid media with owned marketing channels.
Create dashboards to monitor taxonomy adherence.
Lead data cleansing and quality improvement efforts.
Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and IT teams.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, present dashboard designs, and provide training and support.
3. Opportunity Identification and Analysis: Recommend new use cases.
Perform fit-gap analysis with tools like Power BI.
Your Profile :
* Strong understanding of the Datorama platform, including data connectors, modeling, calculated metrics, dashboards, and visualization features.
* Ability to translate complex data into clear visual stories, selecting appropriate chart types and layouts.
* Solid understanding of data architecture principles and how data flows across Salesforce clouds (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
* Experience in integrating data from these sources to create comprehensive dashboards for business insights.
