To drive their growth, the company is looking to hire a Senior Commercial Consultant within the Sales Department, reporting directly to the CEO. They expect the following from the candidate:

* Execution: Top Senior Consultant and lead the firm experiences and sessions in Spain for multiple verticals, acting as a coach to C‑level members.
* Commercial: strategically sell the firm solutions in Spain at the level of General Management, Sales Management, and HR Management.
The ideal candidate should have excellent professional presence, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude toward challenges. It is essential that they are methodical and structured, with the ability to follow processes and achieve objectives efficiently.
* Professional with more than 25 years of total experience, including 6–8 years in management positions.
* Stable career history.
* Ability to build relationships with high-level executives.
* Experience in sales and account development, ideally in consulting or services related to executive training and development.
* Ability to adapt to existing methodologies, with a focus on deepening and executing established processes.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Selling executive development services to companies, with an expected annual sales volume of €200,000–€300,000.
Business Development
* Identifying new commercial opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and active prospecting to add strategic clients to the portfolio. xpzdshu

* Building strong relationships with identified clients, ensuring continuous follow-up to maximize account potential and guarantee long-term satisfaction.
