The Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us identify, engage, and qualify potential customers. The role focuses on outbound prospecting (mainly via LinkedIn) and running initial conversations and discovery meetings with decision-makers. This is an entry-level role, adecuado for recent graduates or candidates with limited experience, who want to start a career in B2B sales, SaaS, and cybersecurity within a fast-paced startup environment. You will work closely with the CEO & Founder and the Marketing team, and the role is designed to evolve over time toward more advanced sales or growth positions. What You’ll Do

\n

Research and identify target accounts and decision-makers (ICPs)

\n

Execute cold outbound campaigns, mainly via LinkedIn

\n

Personalize outreach messages and manage follow-ups

\n

Hold initial meetings and discovery calls with prospects

\n

Understand customer needs and qualify opportunities

\n

Maintain accurate data in the CRM

\n

Use AI tools to improve research, messaging, and productivity

\n

Use simple automation tools to scale outbound efforts

\n

Learn and communicate Secrets Vault’s value proposition and technology

\n

Share feedback from the market to improve targeting and messaging Who We’re Looking For

\n

Recent graduate or junior profile (little or no prior sales experience is fine)

\n

Based in Barcelona or Spain, even if working remotely. EU work permit.

\n

Proactive, curious, and comfortable taking initiative

\n

Enjoys talking to new people and learning through real conversations

\n

Strong interest in technology, cybersecurity, or startups

\n

Able to learn quickly and work independently

\n

Familiar with or willing to learn tools such as:

\n

LinkedIn

\n

CRM systems

\n

Excel / Google Sheets

\n

AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT)

\n

Basic automation tools

\n

Strong communication skills

\n

Fluent in English and Spanish What We Offer
