App Security Specialist
with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Identity Management and Governance. Experience in Drilling and Development is a plus. This hybrid role requires working during the day shift with no travel required.RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the implementation and maintenance of application security protocols to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of data.Oversee the development and enforcement of security policies and procedures related to Identity Management and Governance.Provide expert guidance on security best practices to development teams during the software development lifecycle.Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security solutions that meet business requirements.Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of incidents.Develop and deliver security training programs to educate employees on security awareness and best practices.Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance.Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address identified risks.Support the integration of security tools and technologies into existing systems and processes.Participate in the evaluation and selection of security products and services.Provide technical support and expertise during security-related projects and initiatives.Contribute to the continuous improvement of security processes and practices.KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Strong experience in Identity Management and Governance.Minimum of 6 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience.Nice to have experience in the Drilling and Development domain.Proficient in conducting security assessments and audits.Experience in developing and enforcing security policies and procedures.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.Experience in providing security training and awareness programs.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
