What You’ll Do:
* Greet and Assist: Be the friendly face welcoming passengers at the airport
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to every VIP customer
* Smooth Operations: You will provide supervisory support to our Third-party handler and ensure they provide a warm and friendly check-in and assist at the boarding gates to ensure our flights depart on time
* Customers Safety: Ensure our customers have a smooth and safe journey through the airport on their way back home from their holiday
* Safety and Security: Follow the necessary safety and security procedures
What We’re Looking For:
* A team player with a friendly and positive attitude
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Flexibility to work across rotational shifts – weekends and bank holidays
* Calm under pressure – especially when managing challenging customers
* Previous experience is a plus, but we’ll provide full training
