Position title: Document Control Coordinator
Reporting to: Offshore Document Control Manager / Project Quality Manager
Duration: Start Date: 1st July 2025 | End Date: 31st December 2025
Working Location(s): Madrid, Spain
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday, 5 days a week
Main Purpose of Job
The main activities of the Document Control Coordinator will include leading and coordinating project-specific Document Controls (DCs), supporting the Offshore Document Control Manager and Project Quality Manager with document management, resolving document control issues, allocating workloads, and developing the Electronic Document Management System (EDMS) and related processes.
This role provides a professional and timely document control service to projects and operational contracts/locations, ensuring information is correctly distributed and acknowledged, and records of issues and changes are maintained according to company procedures.
Accountabilities
* Coordinate all Project Document Controllers to ensure document management processes are implemented across all departments.
* Develop and improve the Electronic Document Management System.
* Manage access and permission rights to the document database for staff and contractors in collaboration with the Document Control Manager.
* Conduct training sessions on the EDMS for staff and external parties.
* Ensure documentation complies with the Quality Management System and relevant specifications.
* Maintain up-to-date lists of drawings and documents, ensuring revisions are stored and easily retrievable.
* Support project document management and monitor compliance with KPIs.

* Assist with audits and compliance checks.

Additional Information
Previous experience in wind or electricity generation industries and familiarity with Aconex are advantageous but not essential.
