We are looking for a
Purchasing Specialist
to join a well-established company in the
organic food industry, known for its commitment to quality, sustainability, and people.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the purchasing process, ensuring quantity and quality standards are met.
Negotiate and maintain strong relationships with national and international suppliers.
Place and follow up on purchase orders.
Inspect the quality of purchased goods and quickly resolve any issues.
Analyze market and demand trends, supporting management in the development of sourcing strategies.
Monitor and replenish inventory levels.
Manage imports and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum
3 years of experience
as a Purchasing Specialist or in a similar role.
Degree in
Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Advanced
Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel).
Fluent in
English, Spanish, and Catalan. French is a plus.
Excellent
communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
