We are currently looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, supporting projects across Europe.
Location: Full-time relocation to project locations (Spain & Europe)
About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated professional with initial experience in project coordination, ideally within engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding international environment.
Key Requirements:
* Full availability to relocate for extended periods to project locations across Spain and Europe (essential)
* Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field
* 1 year experience in project coordination or management (maritime sector is a plus)
* Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
* Proactive, adaptable, and quick to learn
* Advanced English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Management: Collect and report on project plans, status, resources, and key data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and PMO
* Client Relations: Act as a point of contact for clients regarding ongoing project matters
* Contract Management: Manage documentation in line with GYG procedures, including final project approvals
* Resource Coordination: Ensure required resources are requested and available to meet project needs
