Ensure timely delivery of reports and analysis required by customers, and oversee WWS's quality department to ensure compliance with established standards.
Responsibilities
1. Resolution of quality-related problems.
2. Manage the WOW system.
3. Generate quality alerts in the event of any incident.
4. Attend weekly and monthly meetings with clients.
5. Make weekly reports to present to the client.
6. Follow-up on audit findings.
7. Damage monitoring.
8. Prepare monthly reports for damage collection (when applicable).
9. Provision for damages (where applicable).
10. Settlement of damages with customers and carriers.
11. Preparation and execution of audits.
12. Support all areas.
13. Manage KPIs.
14. Coordinate documentation and follow-up of non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions.
15. Communicate quality inspection results to supervisors and propose improvement actions.
16. Foster a culture of quality, promoting responsibility and commitment to excellence.
17. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality and process efficiency.
18. Supervise and coordinate activities of the quality inspection team.
19. Update and validate work instructions.
20. Resolve quality-related conflicts effectively and promptly.
Qualifications
Education: Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or equivalent. Graduate preferred.
Knowledge: Basic office management, personnel management, ISO 9001 (essential), AIAG/IATF, FMEA, MSA, CP, SAP, KPI, vehicle management standards, and a valid license.
Experience: Relevant experience in quality management roles.
Language: Intermediate English proficiency.
Availability to travel: Required.
