Overview At Anaconda Biomed we are looking for an Administrative Officer to cover a maternity leave for 8 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract afterwards.
What you will do You will be part of the Finance & Administration team, supporting in:
General administrative support to all departments.
Managing bank transactions, company credit cards, and SAP entries.
Handling insurance policies, corporate events, and online communications.
Assisting with purchasing, suppliers, and internal documentation.
Working with tools such as SAP, Excel, and Tickelia.
What we are looking for Degree in Administration or relevant experience.
High level of spoken and written English.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
A collaborative, helpful, and discreet approach when dealing with confidential information.
Valuable: SAP knowledge, finance background, or HR experience.
What we offer Temporary contract of 8 months (maternity leave cover).
