YOUR TASK: Within the QHSE department you will have to manage administrative tasks to maintain the order and efficiency in the department: Document Management: organization, classification, archiving and monitoring of documentation related to the QHSE department.
You will ensure that both the documentation (instructions, procedures, manuals, and records) and the communications generated by the QHSE department are correctly classified, archived and accessible, as well as knowing the status and traceability of the same. Preparation and processing of documents and communications: create and manage internal documents, such as emails, non-conformities, HSE incident reports, quality records, or PowerPoint presentations. Support in the creation of internal documents, such as procedures, manuals, reports, flowcharts, PowerBi reports.
Interdepartmental coordination: you must communicate and coordinate activities with different areas (engineering, purchasing, operations) in order to transmit and receive information, as well as know the status and progress of Non-Conformities and HSE incident reports that are detected in the organization.
Monitoring of quality and HSE indicators: reading and maintaining the KPIs of the QHSE department, ensuring that the input data is correct and up-to-date.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor´s Degree. IT programs skills: ¿¿¿¿Microsoft (Word, Excel, PPT) PowerBI Vissio knowledge is a plus Quality knowledge is a plus Medium English level.
